At the end of the day,

I offer my heartfelt apologies to all I have done wrong to.
At this time, I discover how much I'm going to miss you guys.

A second family.

I will always cherish the times I had with you guys, 2G.

Who else but our beloved monitor.
Look at the things he has done for us.
There are countless things he has done for us, but to list a few,

Making the PE Theory Notes for us.
Planning all the activities for us, VC2007, EOY BBQ, etc.
Helping us out the best he can in class.
Helping everybody.

These are the few he has done.
We owe alot to him, don't you all agree.
So I plead you guys,
I bet a simple "thank you" would brighten up his day.

To ensure that every specific group to do their jobs and then pass the completed proposals/items to you all ^^

For lunch, to find caterer to provide packet lunch. Budget: $3 1 packet
For Dinner, look for BBQ stores where they sell you the cheapest BBQ items and to get ready materials needed for BBQ.
For Beverages, Buy Cutlery like fork, spoon, plates together with drinks and to ensure there's cold drinks throughout the whole event

Money

To ensure proper usage of money and record the money spent and collected.

Ensure games dont get to violent/sexual and to keep records of which groups are winning for prize presentation

ALL TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A SCORE SYSTEM

Make sure BBQ food are BBQ-ed properly and edible. Sorry about the tough job but i needed to assign at least someone.

To carry First Aid Box around and ensure safety of students. ( Like Duh. ) Also, Organising of BBQ items where groups have to present something and following that on the speech from teachers, special guests and selected pupils and get ready for video sharing. ^^
